Dream recaps April 24-26 2019

April 26 Dreamed of a monumental storm that filled the sky with lightning, like the sky is one big Tesla coil. The city is set ablaze, so now fire is lighting up the sky while hundred of lightning strikes are in the sky at once. People were scrambling to find loved ones and get ready for the upheaval that would follow. I flee with just a few things in a backpack and no change of clothes. Churches and stores became community outposts. For all the intensity of this, it seemed like a normal thing to happen and no one seemed particularly worried. The location of this dream was like a cross between Arizona and Oklahoma.  The day after the storm I had to go catch up to Gita's group of survivors. I wondered what the odds were that I could go back and live in our old house now that civilization had collapsed.  As I drive, there was a body of a demon, like a classical devil, in the trunk of my car. I was craving m&m cookies. April 25 I am having recurring dreams of metal being salv...

Dream Recaps 2019 April 19-23

April 23 Finally my work days ended and I had a full night of dreaming after four straight days of hardly dreaming at all (which is very unusual, though probably because I was only sleeping about 4-3 hours due to long work days). The first segment had to do with roaming through an expansive Zoo, that was also a school, that was also a library, that was also the OKC science museum.  Later I'm with a group of friends in Sedona AZ. This is the first incidence of dreaming about a rich natural environment all week. Then I bump into an acquaintance, Bridget Nielsen, who is leading a group of people on a retreat. We are surprised to see each other, and the dream at this point seems to border on lucid. I point out to her all the similarities between the natural environment of this part of AZ and Oklahoma. April 22 Something about a pile of faces, and Sergio Magana teaching me something that I can't recall. I had done the Toltec sleep preparation the preceding evening. I haven't bee...

Summary + Offering + Invitation

In the past few days since I began prying open the flood gates of ancestral memory, I find that I am much more attuned to what is going on in my lower chakras, because this is where the visions and memories seem to be arising from. Usually I would expect vision and memory to appear from within the head space, or the heart. Now I am learning to receive vision and communication from my lower abdomen and stomach, which is known as the center of the dreaming in ancient Mexica traditions where it is called the Nahual. Now I  am starting to daydream through my root chakra; when I take walks in nature I connect to the energies of the environment around me through the root chakra, and as I fall asleep, I attune to the dreams that are arising from the lower centers. My ancestors don't seem to be presenting themselves as distinct figures, except in a few cases. Most of what comes through are sensory memories, usually of going about various manual labor tasks, like farming, cooking, making fi...

April 18, 2019 Root Lock

When I first invite my ancestors to make themselves present, I feel my attention drawn to my root chakra. This is the part of my body that that always feels the most physically sick and energetically twisted, which is telling of condition Erin calls root lock; a sort of severing or walling off of energies arising from the lower chakras. I sense that there is a great build up of energy waiting to be integrated and released. This is accompanied by a images of tectonic plates, massive slabs of rock shifting deep within the Earth below. Then the movement in the Earth stops, becoming perfectly still, and I am standing on the edge of a deep hole going straight down into blackness of some unknown depth, and the energy that presents itself next is abstract sound coming up from the Earth, a shifting, warping, alien pitch; the kind of sound that moves you through the veils of time and between worlds.    The chord that connects me to the ancient world leads first t...
